We just got back from a fabulous week on the Caribbean island of Roatan, Honduras.

We'll have a nice long recap of our week on the Caribbean island learning how to scuba dive with our friends, Jack and Jen, either tomorrow or some time next week when we're back in the States.

I've just spent the last couple of hours getting caught up on your adventures and enjoying all of your BEAUTIFUL photos. I just have one thing to say....you guys both look so fit and thin!! Oh, Beth, how I wish you were here in NY to whip me into shape!
